Directions to the Venue

Well ladies, only 1 day to go !!

The team are working hard, gathering great raffle prizes, preparing donations we have already received and answering your many enquiries about the Swish.

Our venue, Fonte de Pedra, is a traditional Portuguese restaurant offering a typical andvaried menu. We would recommend the Prawn and Avocado or Gazpacho for starters and the Monk Fish kebab, fantastic omlettes or Piri Piri Chicken for your main course. As well as local wines.
All tried and tested of course......

Now - how to get there....... Look out for the pink balloons to guide you

If you are coming from the West, eg. Luz or Lagos

Get onto the EN125 towards Alvor/Portimao. Just after passing by the village signs for Figueira, the Penina Golf Club and Le Meridien Hotel will come up on your right hand side. Opposite the entrance to the hotel you need to go left across the road towards Alcalar.

**You will pass by the Adega on your right.
Then you need to pass under the single lane bridge, you must give way to the oncoming traffic. Once under the bridge continue on the main road, which bears around to the left. Go up the hill and then over the bridge (over the motorway). At the other side of the bridge on your right is the urbanization of Serra e Mar. Continue for approx 3 km, until you come to a cross roads. You need to turn left (there is a sign post for the restaurant here and we will put pink balloons on it as a marker).
Fonte de Pedra is approximately 50m on the left.

If you are coming from the East, eg Alvor, Portimao, Armacao de Pera, Loule

Get onto the EN 125 towards Alvor/Lagos. Just after you go passed the Portimao Retail Park, the road drops downhill. You will then pass 2 BP petrol staitions, on each side of the road. You turn right immediately after the BP stations, towards Alcalar. The directions are then the same as above from **.
